Package: coreutils
Version: 6.10-6
Severity: important

Hello,

I am having a problem with "sort -n":
---
$ sort -n out.txt
disk10.gsd
disk11.gsd
disk12.gsd
disk13.gsd
disk1.gsd
disk2.gsd
disk3.gsd
disk4.gsd
disk5.gsd
disk6.gsd
disk7.gsd
disk8.gsd
disk9.gsd
---

I think this has something to do with my locale (poking at LC_COLLATE seems to
produce different results, but still wrong).

AFAIK UTF-8 is the default locale since Etch.

Thanks,

George.
