No.  I had libtool and libtool-doc 1.5 installed when I upgraded
libtool to 2.2 using aptitude.  When I did this libtool-doc didn't get
upgraded and is still at version 1.5.  I think that's a bug: the 1.5
libtool-doc package should either have been removed or upgraded.

I see now that I made a mistake and that my suggested solution may not
be correct.  I thought that libtool already conflicted with
libtool-doc 1.4 and that this was intended to cause the doc package to
upgrade when libtool was upgraded from 1.4 to 1.5, so I suggested that
something similar be done for 1.5 to 2.2.  However since I misread the
conflicts line my suggestion can be ignored.

I still think it's a bug that I have out-of-date libtool-doc
installed.
