While I think some people might be interested in that feature, I'd rather not implement it for 2 reasons:
1- it would add a debconf question that most people don't care about 2- there might be security issues with the Dopewars server I could make the debconf question have a low priority or I could just provide an init script in examples/, but I think it is pretty trivial to write and any user likely to go look in /usr/share/doc/dopewars/ is also likely to know how to add a simple script to /etc/rc2.d/ Security-wise, it is best if the dopewars server is run as a normal user and shut down whenever the user is done playing. However if you really insist that this is important, then I am willing to consider putting an example init script that you wrote under doc/dopewars/examples.
