The files in /var/lib/doc-base shouldn't have spaces at all. Apparently they do contain :) - because of bug#85451 in urlview. What it's funny the bug was fixed seven years ago. However either urlview's maintainer had forgotten to call install-docs -r "the broken doc id" or install-docs had failed to remove the file. Nevertheless, I'll try to upload fixed doc-base soon.
