Package: vim-gtk Version: 1:7.1.314-3+lenny2 Severity: normal
Using the gtk file chooser it seems to be impossible to select a dot file or directory. The usual keyboard shortcuts, CTRL H and CTRL L, which work in other apps don't work in gvim. I have noted #456897 but I don't recall if this behaviour existed previously as I was mostly using console vim. Also gvim ignores the ShowHidden=true setting in gtkfilechooser.ini Regards, Iain. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-bpo.1-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages vim-gtk depends on: ii libacl1 2.2.47-2 Access control list shared library ii libc6 2.7-18 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libglib2.0-0 2.16.6-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgpm2 1.20.4-3.1 General Purpose Mouse - shared lib ii libgtk2.0-0 2.12.11-4 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libice6 2:1.0.4-1 X11 Inter-Client Exchange library ii libncurses5 5.7+20081213-1 shared libraries for terminal hand ii libpango1.0-0 1.20.5-3 Layout and rendering of internatio ii libperl5.10 5.10.0-19 Shared Perl library ii libruby1.8 1.8.7.72-3 Libraries necessary to run Ruby 1. ii libselinux1 2.0.65-5 SELinux shared libraries ii libsm6 2:1.0.3-2 X11 Session Management library ii libx11-6 2:1.0.3-7 X11 client-side library ii libxt6 1:1.0.5-3 X11 toolkit intrinsics library ii python2.5 2.5.2-15 An interactive high-level object-o ii tcl8.4 8.4.19-2 Tcl (the Tool Command Language) v8 ii vim-common 1:7.1.314-3+lenny2 Vi IMproved - Common files ii vim-gui-common 1:7.1.314-3+lenny2 Vi IMproved - Common GUI files ii vim-runtime 1:7.1.314-3+lenny2 Vi IMproved - Runtime files vim-gtk recommends no packages.
