Package: subversion
Version: 1.2.0-1
Severity: important

The vc-svn.el module included in the subversion package in unstable
doesn't work properly with emacs 21.4a-1. The second I load a
subversion-controled file, I get:

eval-buffer: http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/emacs/emacs/lisp/vc-svn.el
is the new canonical location of vc-svn.el, in the FSF Emacs tree.

I tried installing this new version. This is even worse:

eval-buffer: Wrong number of arguments: #<subr defalias>, 3

I then tried to comment out the (defalias) call, but when I try to do
anything related to VC, I get:

or: Symbol's function definition is void: vc-stay-local-p

.... which might be related.

Also note that the stable/sarge packages are OK and load vc-svn.el
properly.

Cheers,

A.
