It's actually quite trivial; I maintain an unofficial backport for my
own etch boxes, and no changes to the source are necessary.

I'd be happy to support the existing dkim-milter backporter doing this,
or to do it myself. The latter may require a little more time as I've
never uploaded to backports.org.
