When you move a file from one package to another, you always need to add a suitable Replaces field: "Replaces: pybridge (<< 0.3.0-4)" in this case. I've slightly reluctantly not made this Severity: serious, since pybridge wasn't in etch and so it only affects intra-testing upgrades.
