Package: squid
Version: 2.7.STABLE3-4.1
Followup-For: Bug #513102

I can confirm the bug.

Using

/etc/init.d/squid reload >/dev/null 2>&1 || exit 0

instead of

invoke-rc.d squid reload  || true

in /etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/squid solved the problem.
