This is rather odd, as none of these macros should actually do that
resolution. [The 'u' macro is the one that would actually find the
local recipient.]
In order to figure out what is happening here, I need the output from
spamass-milter running with the -d all option, as mentioned
previously.

Adding spamass-milter to the smmsp group will resolve those errors.
