Sorry for the late call on this one. Is it still relevant? Your recording clearly shows that the audio from the SIP channel does not get to DAHDI. The only thing we hear on the transmit channel are DTMF digits, and those were probablly sent before the bridge was made by Asterisk. Next thing to verify is that the SIP device does send RTP. I suppose you can see that from 'rtp debug'. If not, look at a packet dump with wireshark. I suppose RTP was sent, though.
