priority: wishlist

Hello,

stunnel4 can be disabled by setting ENABLED=0 in /etc/default/stunnel4.
Although this is default behaviour, stunnel4 - unlike other deamons - doesn't warn or log if a disbabled
daemon is tried to be launched via /etc/init.d/stunnel4 start.
Please add a warning.

Keep smiling
yanosz
