Thanks for taking a look at this.

You are right in the steps, but is better to add this in aspell-nl package
directly. dutch dicts are currently orphaned,

http://bugs.debian.org/314839

I already mailed the two interested persons about patches I had nearly
ready for dutch dicts, one will deal only with registration and the other
will also deal with affix compression (available for aspell 0.60). This
second revealed some possible inconsistencies in the wordlist that might be
of interest upstream. I am cc'ing these two persons now.

I will reassign this bugreport to aspell-nl as soon as it has a new
maintainer, I do not want to put noise on QA people in the meantime. If
nodoby finally takes the package I will take it temporarily until finds a
better (dutch speaking) home.

Since seems I already have a working package, I have put dutch dicts at

http://dict-common.alioth.debian.org/testing/

including both changes. Comments are welcome. A signed changes file is at
the sources subdir.

Thomas and Kurt:

If you want I can upload the modified dutch package (of course with a
correct version) or make the QA work for it until one of you takes it.

Cheers,
