I tried to install gallery2 on my testing-box. But although I told the
pre-inst not to configure the SQL-Server for gallery use, I was asked
all the questions (server, user, PW, table name, restart Apache).
When it came to the restarting attempt, the postinst hung and wasn't
even killable via 'kill -9'. Most curiously I was able to kill it
with CTRL-C.
Pls. let me know if I can be of more help to track this down.
