Package: udev Version: 0.125-7 Followup-For: Bug #504928 This bug just bit me on upgraded my laptop to Lenny (snd-maestro3.ko).
It sounded like Marco was going to roll out a fixed version at the end of December 2008. Is there a problem with the proposed addition of "/lib/firmware/`/bin/uname -r`" to the FIRMWARE_DIRS list in hotplug.functions?
