Sorry, the first part of my last answer was not clear ... With the new version, the roku doesn't see any library (and even my uPnp libraries are lost, that's what I wanted to say). So in fact it's even worse than with the Lenny version.
I came to the same conclusion as you, it starts to look like a network problem. I'll check the network setup and startup logs. If there is nothing special, I'll try to install another Lenny machine, just to check if problem is there. It may take some time. I'll report when done.
