Please elaborate on the first paragraph. What exactly do you expect me to do? I cannot see binary-all in http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian-ports/dists/sid/Release - I guess the users of debian-ports have both kind of sources in their sources list, i.e. the official mirrors and debian-ports archive. So what should I add? Another preconfigured archive ring (like debrep/deb_mirrors.gz resp. uburep/ubuntu_mirrors) to the default package installation? That could be done.
