Hi! Are you running jackd with the -R flag for realtime priority? (I see you also have a realtime kernel)
Is this a new behaviour (only present in the new version) or have you seen these problems before? Last but not least: do you think this is Debian specific? IOW: Is it possible to try upstream's version or even FFADO?
