debconf-2.0 can also be provided by cdebconf, and so the dependencies
could be satisfied by cdebconf without debconf. In that case,
linux-sound-base's install breaks as I showed, so linux-sound-base
should either a) remove the debconf-2.0 dep, as it really depends on
debconf itself or b) fix the issue so it can install with cdebconf on
it's own.
