I have discussed this with upstream. In ldtp case, it depends on
python-ldtp, python-ldtp is also depending on ldtp which is wrong.
Probably some files can be moved to ldtp (GUI part) to remove circular
dependency.

There is also no harm removing python-ldtp depends on ldtp.
