I did already. But... I just got an email from the backports.org ftpmaster that my upload was rejected as the version I backported is not yet in "testing". But apparently we do need the "unstable" version to fix things. I'll have to re-upload in a week then. :( Meanwhile I have put up my backported package at http://bender.workaround.org/pidgin/ for the impatient. Cheers Christoph
