What the patch does is essentially to add the flag DEVICE_FLAG_BROKEN_MTPGETOBJPROPLIST_ALL to older Creative devices. It seems that the Zen Creative device (041e:4157) had this flag already set. I am confused about this. Please, feel free to file another bug report for this issue.
