Package: mantis
Version: 1.1.6+dfsg-2
Followup-For: Bug #501434
Hi.
I'm not sure, but it seems upstream has changed the faulty code to
$mail->ClearAllRecipients();
$mail->ClearAttachments();
$mail->ClearReplyTos();
$mail->ClearCustomHeaders();
in its git, which seems better reflect the need to reinitialize the smtp.
Another workaround could be to only try this whenever the phpmailer is actually
configured to use smtp. But it's not the case by default, otherwise it would
have failed earlier (line 757).
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
