Bugs are present in the database before the indices are updated; also,
there are two machines serving the web content, so it's quite possible
to be accessing one which hasn't yet updated its index. In the general
case, they should be within 10 minutes of eachother, but it's possible
to get farther out of sync.

Regardless, in order to figure out exactly what happened here, I'd
need to know exactly what time you were looking at the page, the
contents of the page (specifically, the exact machine that generated
the page (which is present at the bottom)) and the HTTP headers for
the page if at all possible.

(The output of HEAD bdo/foorequest; GET bdo/foorequest; would be
sufficient)
