I would say that this is fixed now, according to http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting you can use pseudo headers like
User: <username> Usertags: <usertags> -Ralf. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [email protected]
