If it did, it would be a workaround ... although I had something like auto-logon for the various X-servers and different users. Currently I have to logoff the current user, and login as another - which is *much* worse than just hitting CTRL-ALT-Fx (or using the "switch user" button). > But if you realy need it, it might help to disable 3D acceleration. Well, that would defeat the idea of putting a dedicated 3D graphics card into the machine - I wanted to get a few more fps.
