Hi Cyril, I found the reason why I missed that...
mktemp (1.6-2) unstable; urgency=low
* Bump to Standards-Version 3.8.1.
* Use mkstemp and mkdtemp from libc instead of private internal code.
This raises the minimum number of trailing X's to the minimum
enforced by libc.
