Package: git-buildpackage
Version: 0.4.50
Severity: normal

Hello,
please add a command-line option to use the files on the local branch that are
not committed yet.

It's not always "nice" to have to commit, to notice it's wrong, recommit a fix,
and then notice it's still wrong, revert it to the first one, because you
noticed the error is in another place, etc etc.

svn-bp uses "--svn-ignore-new" to do it, git-bp seems to use that option to
request to ignore new files (uncommitted) files and use the one really
committed. So something "--git-use-new" might be very welcome.

Thanks for considering,
Sandro
