I just tested xfce4-terminal in KDE and found that setting the font to fixed-sys-8pt like in all other terminals results in a far too small font size. Using 12pt it's a little bit smaller than the 8pt of konsole or xterm. I think xfce4-terminal just doesn't use the dpi-Setting of the X-Server (which is computed to be 130 here), does it maybe use the gconf-db setting?
