again, we want to see the output of:
# cat /etc/modprobe.d/sound
# cat /etc/modprobe.d/sound.conf
# cat /proc/asound/cards
# lsmod | grep snd

> # more /etc/modules
> # /etc/modules: kernel modules to load at boot time.

> # This file contains the names of kernel modules that should be loaded
> # at boot time, one per line. Lines beginning with "#" are ignored.
> 
> loop
> snd_seq

Remove snd_seq from /etc/modules. Now udev should do the job.
