debhelper (7.2.3) unstable; urgency=low
* dh_installdocs: No longer add maintainer script code to call
doc-base, as it supports triggers in stable.

I have no idea why your package is relying on a debhelper internal file
(/usr/share/debhelper/autoscripts/*), but it should not.
