I have pushed this to my Launchpad PPA, We are at this time unable to push Debian sources to PPA'a but i added iceweasel and friends to depends, i may be pushing a version with 3.5 and 3.6 in depends but i haven't done that yet. Does Debian have package mozilla-devscripts or is that just us? You can find binaries and source at the following link: https://edge.launchpad.net/~gnomefreak/+archive/ppa the only thing i cna think of that would be an issue is the mozilla-devscripts depend but that is easy enough to change.
