A) Attempts to install Engimail using apt-get produce no results. The
package is installed, according to APT, but is not available in Icedove
Mozilla-Thunderbird 2.0.0.19 via Icedove's menus.

B) Attempts to install Enigmail from the Mozilla add-ons site produce
the following message: "Engimail" could not be installed because it is
not compatible with your Icedove build type (Linux_x86_64-gcc3). Please
contact the author of this item about the problem.
