`/usr/share/doc/<package>' with the name `changelog.Debian.gz'.

But /usr/share/doc/bogofilter-sqlite is just a symlink to
/usr/share/doc/bogofilter-common, making it e.g. impossible
to ever see the changelog entry for 1.2.0-1+b1.
