I found out, that hardinfo uses the colours 'standard text' and 'selected text', defined in the active KDE color scheme, for the benchmark result values and 'window background' as color for the progress bar.
I guess the problem is, that it does not use the colour 'selected background' as color for the progress bar, leading to a very low contrast between text and background.
