Without such information I see no way of even try talking with upstream about this. I of course wonder why you're taking us as a proxy for talking about something that obviously needs a discussion with them. We are very opened for this, but we don't want to have to do all the work, including first understanding what you're talking about. Tagging the bug appropriately wrt the current level of information we have.
