I guess this bug was another incarnation of "I don't like to have the
-doc package automatically installed, b/c auf Recommends". Our answer
is normally: "Upstream recommands to install the docu, hence we have
recommend these packages. If anybody doesn't like that he should
reconfigure apt to not install recommended packages.".
