Package: gerris Version: 0.9.2+darcs081022-dfsg.1-4 Severity: normal
I have had a look at your debian packaging of Gerris and I believe there may be a problem. In order to implement the "GfsDefine" macro keyword, the gerris executable calls m4 and awk on the input parameter file. It also uses a 'm4.awk' file which is normally installed in $prefix/lib/gerris/m4.awk. Is there any reason why this file is not part of your current debian package? In order to support this feature, I believe the following steps would be necessary: 1- package usr/lib/gerris/m4.awk 2- make gerris depend on m4 and awk -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers hardy-updates APT policy: (500, 'hardy-updates'), (500, 'hardy-security'), (500, 'hardy') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.24-23-386 Locale: LANG=en_NZ.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_NZ.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
