Package: quagga
Version: 0.99.11-1+b1
Severity: normal

Hi,

After upgrading to 0.99.11-1+b1 I noticed that on some of my routers bgp
sessions are not coming up again. The sending side gets "connection reset
by peer", the receiving side logs

| 2009/04/30 22:49:29 BGP: [Event] BGP connection from host ::ffff:193.22.253.65
| 2009/04/30 22:49:29 BGP: [Event] BGP connection IP address
::ffff:193.22.253.65 is not configured
| [...]

The relevant part of bgpd.conf:

| neighbor 193.22.253.65 remote-as 65502
| neighbor 193.22.253.65 ebgp-multihop 255
| neighbor 193.22.253.65 next-hop-self
| neighbor 193.22.253.65 prefix-list announce in

0.99.10-1lenny1 worked fine.

Oddly enough this happens only on a couple of routers where peers are connected
via a OpenVPN tun device.

Cheers,
MB
