I've just uploaded graphicsmagick 1.3.5-5 with a sanitised GraphicsMagick-config. Unfortunately, psiconv still fails to build with this version because it apparently makes use of a prehistoric and long deprecated API function. It doesn't really make sense to schedule another bin-NMU until this is problem fixed with a psiconv upload.
