I applied a slight variation of the patch, see https://svn.perl.org/modules/Tk/tr...@12756 The original patch was problematic because it also accepted Shift-Control-c as cut, which seems not to be the behavior in Gtk2 and Qt applications (I don't care about Windows). An additional "Lock-" fixed this problem.
