Hello,
Please see the following reasons for the removal request:
* Package is severely out of date with regards to upstream.
* Package is superseded by libxerces2.
* Low popcon scores.
* Build depends on jikes which I am about to remove.
I have spoken with the maintainer and he is fine with this.
Package has 1 rdepends (arbortext-catalog) but I have already requested
it's removal.
