Hi Rafael, Thanks for mailing us. I'm all for you uploading 0.4.0 in the meantime, yes. I'm sorry I will have no free time to promptly review it soon--just moved to United States, lots of real life issues to solve first. If Michael or any other DD can review it and upload, I'm more than ok with your NMU (non-maintainer upload).
