    b) Another solution, for system supporting udev, is to create a file
       (for example /etc/udev/rules.d/52_nut-serialups.rules), placed
       after 020_permissions.rules and to add something like:
         KERNEL=="ttyS1", GROUP="nut"

Since Lenny the udev rules file relative to the permissions is 
named "91-permissions.rules", it should be updated in the Debian readme and 
the proposed name for the udev rules file for serial UPS should be adapted.
