What tiger version are you using? This should have been fixed in tiger 
1:3.2.1-36:

  * system/Linux/2/gen_mounts: Added fusectl to the local filesystems
      (Closes: #409386)

Unfortunately Tiger.ignore cannot be use to filter the CONFIG error messages
because these are generated when gen_mounts is run and the gen_mounts script
does not use the functions defined for check scripts.
