Hello Michael, in the meantime I decided to remove and re-install i3lock.
(Un)fortunately it seems that the problem is gone. > or if your problems with kvm are really related to i3lock. The problem was not effected by 3 reboots and happened only with "i3lock -d" but not with i3lock and slock.
