Ok, so here's what I got:

- as a user I cannot activate bluetooth any longer because Fn+F5
doesn't create an input event anymore (even if it doesn't matter
because you need to run hciconfig as root)

- as root hciconfig -a returns nothing if bluetooth is deactivated

- always as root, with bluetooth enabled from command line I got this:
