Package: amule-daemon Version: 2.2.4-1 Severity: normal amule-daemon (as well as the amule package) should recommend unzip. The reason for this is that if a ipfilter is downloaded in zip format (e.g., emulepawcio's), amule will try to extract it using unzip. If unzip is not installed, it will fail silently, logging that that the file is in an unrecognizable format. After installing unzip, amule can extract the ipfilter and use it normally.
