But in the Debian Policy 3.8.0 as in Lenny it wasn't. The xymon-client init.d script from Sid already creates /var/run/hobbit in /usr/share/hobbit/init-common.sh since 4.3.0~beta2.dfsg-1 (Thanks for that fix! :-), so this bug is no more present in Sid.
