Package: netdiag Version: 0.7-7 Severity: normal After freaking out about weird packets resulting from my network, I noticed netwatch contains call-home code I didn't find anything about in the man page.
The README does say something about it... but who reads that. ;) I really think it should be made more clear that netwatch contains such code BEFORE one installs and executes it. I also wonder if the obtained data is still being used by upstream.
